Here is an example. They have done this to me atleast 20 times.

here is my starting quantity and a screen shot of my analytics. I can no longer see likes on Instagram. I think they are trying to use that to an advantage.

My likes are usually around 2k organically. According to the delivered likes I only received 33. I can show you multiple times this has happened. Usually they refund but something has changed. That’s why I think the likes are playing into it.
