I've ordered two $5 packages and here is my honest review about it:

Delivery time - C+

The C+ is not because the delivery time was "long" or anything like that, it is because the seller told me I'll get my keywords in "a few hours" that ended up being 1 & 3 days.

The 1st order: placed on November 4, delivered on November 7
The 2nd order: placed on Nov 12, delivered on November 16

The 1st order

Keywords search volume

Main Keyword: Global SV (Ahrefs): 300 // US SV (Ahrefs): 200 // The Global SV seller said it had: 590
LSI Keyword 2: Global SV (Ahrefs): 280 // US SV (Ahrefs): 250 // The Global SV seller said it had: 320
LSI Keyword 3: Global SV (Ahrefs): 250 // US SV (Ahrefs): 250 // The Global SV seller said it had: 270
