Instagram Account Creation Error

Location and ip change is bs...... Download latest version of official app and try to create accounts or use browser in incognito mode . Just 2 days ago I was facing same problem but I didn't changed my location nor even ip .

Are you trying to create the account - on your device, in the app?
If yes, try the browser. If that doesn't work just factory reset the device & it should work.
Maybe you created accounts too fast in the past, and maybe you forgot. Meaning it's blocked now.

Or, maybe IG has came under attack in your area, then blocked the tower. Either time/a new location/tower may help in that case.

i did factory reset. Not working.
I haven't tried creating on browser. Will try this and inform!

I wanted to create some new instagram accounts.
I have some old Iphones that i dont use anymore and i decided to use them for creation.

- Got the first Iphone.
- Erased all content and settings as it was used before. ( Not spammed, just normal user. 2 instagram accounts on it )
- Connected to 4G.
- Created new gmail account
- Tried to create the instagram account and an error appeared.
- I retried again with the same email and it says that the email was previously used.

Tried the same with another Iphone this time.
- Different 4G connection.
- Created new gmail account

Still same problem !

Any idea what am i doing wrong ?!

I am not an ig expert but sometimes the websites you register will give you that message but actually the sign up was succesful.
I dont know for sure, just a thought though.

Tbh Instagram is too harsh these days. Literally way too harsh. I was getting same error. Tried almost everything mentioned here but none worked. Now i buy accounts and i suggest you should buy accounts too.
Why buying old accounts is better? Because They don't get blocked easily. They have kinda higher spam capacity then fresh accounts. Even if somehow you managed to create new accounts, they will get disabled in a day or two.. Trust me on this

The account gets created and blocked at the same time. The email used and the username is gone forever. I tried logging in and there was this message that my account has been disabled and there was an option to appeal. They asked me to send a picture of mine holding a piece of paper with some number on it. The username was important to me, so I did that. Got control of that account in a day.
Few days later I tried creating a new account with the same 4g connection on the same device, no problems this time.

I already created 2 accounts with a family member's device but i might try this to unlock my devices.

"kardes " I wanted the account for an authority website. I was going to use the account on the same phone. Do normal posting.
I can't risk buying it and lose after a while.

Simple solution : use phone number to register, always succeed for me
A bit harder : change device id, refresh ip, use older email
