Instagram Account Creation Error

I wanted to create some new instagram accounts.
I have some old Iphones that i dont use anymore and i decided to use them for creation.

- Got the first Iphone.
- Erased all content and settings as it was used before. ( Not spammed, just normal user. 2 instagram accounts on it )
- Connected to 4G.
- Created new gmail account
- Tried to create the instagram account and an error appeared.
- I retried again with the same email and it says that the email was previously used.

Tried the same with another Iphone this time.
- Different 4G connection.
- Created new gmail account
- Tried to create the instagram account and an error appeared.
Still same problem !

Any idea what am i doing wrong ?!

I dont think it is the problem.
The 4G sim is new and never spammed.
I dont get what might be the problem?!
Maybe the new created gmail account?

When you get a sim from a provider it will have an IP range, you may turn it on and of a lot of time, but you may get the same ip range most of the time, and that may be spammed by a lot of other people and you can't register ig accounts on that because it was spammed before.

PS: It's been a few years already when there were no more fresh IPs, so there is no fresh ip, it doesn't matter if you buy a new sim, get a new proxy, that was used in the past and if it was used to spam IG, well, you can guess...

Well i understand that but what if i am a real user who just bought a new phone and sim and want to open my new instagram ?!
Strange ...
 
Happening same to me. But I had created 5-6 accounts through my phone in past but when I delete everything and try to create new accounts I am unable to do so.

Well if you were a regular user then you would not understand what happened and leave Instagram for good, thus lowering active users of the app. :)

Your ip is fine just use official app in your mobile to create accounts.
 
Im not looking to create hundred of accounts. Just needed 2 accounts for my website.

Bought another Sim to try out. Different company this time
 
You need to change location, your cell tower could be saturated. This only happens with 4G/mobile proxies.
 
Ok another update.

Connected the phone with a new sim.
Created a new email, tried creating instagram but same error.
With the same email i could create and confirm a facebook account.
I have no idea what am i doing wrong with instagram ?

I did not changed location, i bought another sim card, different company, different cell tower, different ip range !!! Didnt work !

No, you're the one acting silly and arrogant. Why would you ask for help if you proceed to do things your way? And yeah, you won't tell me when and where to be funny, stay in your lane.
 
Remember that the companies SHARE equipment

Just because you have a different company, you might still be getting the same IP

Change location

And maybe change the email provider

Are you trying to create the account - on your device, in the app?
If yes, try the browser. If that doesn't work just factory reset the device & it should work.
Maybe you created accounts too fast in the past, and maybe you forgot. Meaning it's blocked now.

Or, maybe IG has came under attack in your area, then blocked the tower. Either time/a new location/tower may help in that case.
