Ad center no support

Anyone have contact from an active ad-center manager?
I stopped working with them because of low conversion and lower rates, but have balance there and can't log in since the account was suspended, tried to contact the support form in site and no response since last week, respond the email that I received it and not delivered [email protected], I tried to contact the manager Luigi but he is days off on skype.

Why your account was suspended with your balance on it assuming you were advertiser ? What was the reason - reason I ask - curiosity for sure, but I do hope it will make wonders anyway with whatever you may want there. Are you agree with me here on that ?

This year i only work with mediahub and remove all adcenter links, i dont send trafic for or login in 30 days, he is ask to get in touch with account manager but all emails are failed on delivery.

Update, contacted the account manager her dont solve this, tried convinced me to test new offers and agreed and received an email that my site was not working and has rejected, I do not know what has changed in the company but stay away from it looking for reasons to block your account, I do not know if there is a representant here or how do I put it on shitlist, because I first received a email for inactivity, now they tell me that my site is offline and they disapproved, for not letting me take my money and the manager is online and not responding.

They too closed my account 5 days ago due to inactivity which was a mistake on their end, I contacted my AM on Skype and he got it sorted for me

Yes i do the same thing, but their manager dont reactived, my site dont have any issues, im working with others publishers, this working line is very shady.
