Hey guys,

We have been away from this forum and not very vocal and wish to now work directly and start promoting on BHW. I look forward to digitally meeting as many people on this forum as possible.

We also hope to support alot of the questions that we have seen on the forum from ad-center.com users.

Morning Lorentzo,

I think that when you don't have a team dedicated to managing your forum/ Social / and online presence you have anyone making accounts on BHW and promoting us. Unfortunately, that banned user is one of those instances. This individual represented himself and not the product nor the brand.

How does quoting work? Is there limitations or restrictions?

Hello Grinch,

No I am not the same person this person was an affiliate manager and previous sales rep who worked at ad-center. We're setting up this account to be the main account for Brand promotion, questions & support and advertising. This person also never owned nor ran the business in the slightest. Ad-center is an team of about 40 people and growing there is no single person running the shop.

Yup that should be setup today email is definitely verified but were planning to get the market place package at 499/annually.

Just setup this account recently and was told to introduce ourselves here in the intro inbox message.

That banned member paid money to the forum to promote Ad-center and it appears he had an official ad-center email.
 
Another salles post to promote for free business. :)

You must understand that this is not a forum where kids work 5 months to make 1$ - some of members probably earn more than your whole company and that's why we rise questions now about your network, there are threads (multiple) on this forum with some "not so good" reviews about it.

But welcome, i hope you change our vision about ad-center.

Post name have website link inside, member name have website name, and even it have website icon. In descrbsion he posted again link.

Totally, understandable. We are a sizable mid-sized company and regardless if we made 1$ or 10 million I'm sure some members earn more then both annually. Not good review is understandable and expected. We're not so much trying to 'clean up' but more respond and deliver proper support when needed.
 
Lock this thread up your post has already been reported next you'll get a warning, simple get yourself verified, ask mod to review your sale service, find some jr VIPs to give review copy if you give to others to that'll be nice. But lock this thread before you get a warning, you're breaking a rule.

I've merged several posts, try using the multiquote feature to reply to several members.

Yes, to my knowledge anyone can pay money on the forum including our old account rep who used a fake name handle. Outside of them paying out of pocket which we can't control I can certainly disable any old email they had to avoid any misleading interactions.

Welcome (back) to the forum. Looking forward to see what services you have to offer. Don't allow the negativity by some members make you feel unwelcome.

Too many want to be chiefs, and not enough Indians. The mods do a fine job moderating things around here, let them tell you if there is something that you're doing that isn't acceptable. There will always be those few that portray like they're upstanding citizens, when I'm sure they've broken some rule at some point or another.

Much appreciated, I would love his email removed from the forum unless it's better to replace it? How would I make those types of requests? Directly by PM? Are there rules to be read on replying to older posts that may remain unanswered from an official source?

Sounds good, negativity comes with the online territory. Irate with irate or negative with negative never tends to work out.
