For the last couple of months, I'm working on a job board site based on WordPress. And, in the course of running this site, I'm facing a problem with the jobs that gradually reached its deadline after a certain period.
At first, I wanted to keep them, but as days passing by, users started to complain that the job is not available. Then I added the auto-post deletion, which will delete the post whenever the job reached its deadline.
Now, My question is,
1. The process I'm following is it ok, and will it have any negative effect on my ranks?
2. If it does have any negative impact, then what is the best alternative to deal with expired jobs?
3. If I import job posts from other big sites RSS or automate the job posting, do google will mark this type of content as plagiarised?
4. Some people are claiming that Google does not consider job position content. Is it true or false? (I'm not scraping any content just user-generated content and planning to go one step further)
Thanks in advance.
