I paid $49 yesterday for IG premium followers and it said i'll get them in 0-6 hours, however, no followers yet and no support too.

I paid on 28th and it's 31, i purchased premium followers and paid around $49, received near about 3000 which are dropped to 2500 now, pending is 11000.
Why are you so slow? The description said you could deliver in 0-6 hours?

Their panel is down
We have just upgraded all services and updated all descriptions. Server was taken down to assure updates were functional and panel is now live again with 100% accuracy.
As for previous complaints, all orders have been either refunded to account balance or we have sent the funds via credit/debit if requested from client.
Please, if anyone has anymore issues or your current problems have not been resolved, please let me know. We had a huge update and fixed everything so if you have any issues please inform.

I've tried them with about $ 40 already and here are my conclusions.
First of all, there is no doubt that their panel is very comfortable and quite clear.
But, and there is a big but here!!!
not all their services work! And they don't take responsibility for it.
Out of 100% orders, about 50% are delivered (with longggg delays), 25% they return your money, and 25% they do not return and keep it for themselfs.
Their support is pretty poor, they have no way of knowing what you ordered and you have to provide information that is not accessible in the panel,
So it creates a problem.
And when they realize that you're not a sucker and you're really following what they provide, you start getting this messages:
"Hello, I have forwarded your concern to the marketing department, the problem should be fixed within 0-12 hours,
Thank you"
Needless to say, days can go by without respond or refund.
In short, if you have no way to follow their actions, DONT ORDER!
And if you have a way, think good before you order...

Thank you" i'm so flipped when i saw this reply, then they drag another 24 hours then ask again they cancel it. I have lost so many client because of this
The support sounds Indian and is extremely unhelpful with bad english. Kelsey is the only one in the live chat and she takes 30 mins + to reply each message and she is never helpful. Once told me she’d send an invoice for paypal and 2 weeks later, no invoice....
