The support sounds Indian and is extremely unhelpful with bad english. Kelsey is the only one in the live chat and she takes 30 mins + to reply each message and she is never helpful. Once told me she’d send an invoice for paypal and 2 weeks later, no invoice....

I just realized you also augmented prices from $15 to $23 on the 5k likes, it was $15 just two days ago. The followers are $1 dollar more aswell, just wondering what that may be for.

I get the exact same. worst is with instagram stories, they drag it out purposefully and then say you're wrong. the amount of money i've lost on this and clients i've lost because of this.

In addition I've ordered instant likes which claims 5000 per day. 4 days later, the order still says processing and it's still delivering and only 50% of the likes have been delivered.

I deposited $20, tested some services. At least half of which took 24+ hours to start and I had to submit a ticket to even make that happen.

Many of these did not complete, I was refunded for these but why have services that don't work?

The custom comments on facebook and instagram are both broken, this was what i signed up for. No comments were posted at all, I again asked for a refund.

I asked via support what was going on and got an answer in very broken English, which was annoying as earlier in this thread @SMMnet said he would not outsource the customer support which is why I wanted to use him for the project so that I get good service if something goes wrong.

After complaining about this SMMNet then banned my account and refunded me, the refund took nearly a week.

Very poor overall.

As you should know, if the service does not perform as described, we 100% refund. So if there is an issue with your order, open a ticket and inform the suport team. They will refund ANYTHING that does not work as described as sometimes issues happen that are not in our hands.

If the service does not work the first time, try it again after the refund. If it does not work the 2nd time, let me know and I can fix the issue as we have in-house services.

About Facebook custom and IG custom comments being broken, please PM me a order ID so I can take a look. Have not heard about any issues here.

Very broken English for support. We cannot provide english first language support because americans like to work for $25+/hour which is way to edpensive. We are doing our best to work with what we have and continue to provide fast responses. If you know anyone who works for $5/hour 24 hours a day 7 days a week and first language english, please let me know! If you dont like dealing with them, deal with me and PM me.

We do not ban accounts unless terms have been broken. What is the username on SMMnet and I can check for you.
