Need Help: Facebook Page FeedBack Score

Guys. I got this notification today on one of my facebook pages, which I use for an e-commerce business.

"Your Page advertising is under penalty
Due to poor customer feedback, your ads are receiving a delivery penalty. Your ads will cost more and reach fewer people. If your feedback score drops to 1 or below, your page will no longer be able to run ads on Facebook. Please take immediate steps to improve your service."

Is there any way to increase my page's score? It is 1.8 right now

PS: If you know of any paid service to do this, I'm willing to pay.

I'm still searching for a solution All I got so far is replies from freelancers who saying they want access to my ad account, and they will optimize the ads to improve the score. But I can say that it's not a quick fix. A quick fix is what's needed to save the page first BEFORE we can work on improving it for good.

A solution I'm thinking of is sharing the ad post to my friends and family, ask them to click the website and place dummy orders. Facebook will randomly send them feedback questionnaires, and they can fill in good stuff about the product. I haven't found anyone who can offer this service at scale.

Any ideas?

I have an e-commerce company. I am losing BM after BM due to this. From what i can tell the only way around it is to supply a great product and on time. you can extend the delivery time to 8 weeks + and at this point customers are sent a notification with a feedback for.

the account go under penalty with higher cpms and then below 1 everything gets locked.

It is costing me thousands. they locked my pixel and data too.

Have you found anyway around this?

Also, how are you getting new Bm's?

this wont work if you are selling on any sort of scale
