Heya mates, I have been under some stress from the last 2.5 years regarding some personal problems. Thing is I tend to get SUPER tired after evening and very sleepy from around 9-10 pm onwards. I sleep for around 6 hrs per day. I don't go out. I'm in front of my laptop working but still I don't understand why would I feel so tired every freaking day and especially after evening and feeling so sleep around 10ish?

Of course, getting financially stable is one of the reason for that stress and I'm working on it but I need to figure out a way to stay super energized throughout the day and don't feel sleepy. I mean if I was working outside like a labor then getting SUPER tired and sleepy would have made sense but I stay at home always so this don't make sense.

Anybody, how do I stay energized throughout the day and don't feel super tired and sleepy after evening?

I totally understand your stress i am burning the midnight oil as we speak, but you need to go outside to clear your head, meet people etc. You need to take a break or you will burn yourself out, even if it is to the shops etc. I guess it could be down to your problems and your body is catching up but I would go to the doc for a check up just in case.

Doctors are shit dude. They will advise tons of medicines which will have side effects because medicines do have side effects, agree or not.

This actually makes sense. Same here. Sitting in front of PC makes me so tired and sleepy

yes, i noticed that happening to me as well, used to feel exhausted moreso with mental stress, however i took up exercising for an hour or so at least thrice and it has helped big time.

Same here - I started doing different types of exercise in various forms when I take breaks - the short breaks give me time to think about things from a different perspective.

Get yourself some fresh air & blend in with people
Spare 30 minutes for exercise
Salads with mixed fruits & veg gives me a rejuvenated feeling.
Also, use a blue light filter while you work.

I am currently battling this at the moment. I will try the workout as suggested. BTW anyone know any trick to stay focused for a very long time? I get distracted easily.

What is your water intake like? You should be peeing around 7 times a day. Lack of water can really drag you down and make you feel sluggish. a lot people go by without drinking water and do not realize that they are dehydrated. Its really easy to overlook the importance of water.

Stress and sitting in front of computer without taking a break can make you feel tired, you should do exercise as a habit.

all as mentioned, its mostly stress likely running you down
if diet is on point somewhat, sleeping enough, etc, get some exercise no need for anything crazy just go for a walk 30 minutes a day around the block.
when you wake up do a 10 minute calisthenic routine just alternate pushups, squats, some situps etc, again you dont have to go nuts just a steady pace.

Lastly try to relax, read a book before bed, do something leisurely (besides numbing with TV), when we are stressed we keep finding ways to add to our stress lol we need the opposite.

Non-activity can do that to you but acute tiredness might be a symptom of some sever illnesses, I'd advice you to see doctor too.

You need a daily doze of vitality potion... that's a good niche to start with btw.
