Why do I feel SUPER tired?

Doctors are shit dude. They will advise tons of medicines which will have side effects because medicines do have side effects, agree or not.
Absolutely they are fond of their medicine but best to check your levels, you could have a thyroid imbalance which is making you feel sleepy, best to go for a check up and there is lots of lifestyle and herbal medicines you can take if there is anything. I do find it myself if I am sitting working away for hours come 11pm I am in bed, just so tired. I do find Yoga helps a lot( I have a bad leg and sitting around working and no exercise doesn't help) I make sure I go outside for 30 mins at least everyday even if it is just a walk to the shops or I go to my friends have a cuppa tea or a chat. It really helps keep me focused. Diet plays a huge part also, cut out the crap and you will feel better.

Start doing cardio and meditation in the morning, change the diet: more veggies and fruits, cut the sugar, do some journaling before going to bed. And read from time to time.

If we compile all the suggestion given in this thread, they look great and I will also add up based on my exp
1. Check your monitor and setting. Are they good enough or they give stress to your eyes. If yes, go for a bigger size monitor
2. Are you taking 5 minute break after every half an hour. Believe me, this is the key
3. Do you undergo regular medical checkup. If not, take Vitamin D deficiency test, deficiency of this will give you muscle plain, tiredness and make u sleepy
4. take out some time to read inspiration story. When you are living in stress, this causes hell hot of issues

For short answer go to the last sentence.

When you are stressed your body enters into "fight or flight" regime. Your subconscious "thinks" that you are under attack and start sending chemicals into muscles to help you to survive. Those chemicals are good for fight or flight, but because in modern times we tend to be stressed for a long period of time, those chemicals are basically poison in our muscles that make us tired and eventually sick.

1. Avoid stress 2. Stretch and relax your muscles

To avoid stress you need to communicate with your subconscious and signal that you are not in danger. Take a deep breath or hold your breath because you can't do it when you are in danger. Holding your breath for a few seconds can make a huge difference in body chemistry. Smile. Laugh. Do fun things, watch fun stuff. Make all the gestures like you are relaxed. Breath slowly, talk slowly and confidently.

To relax your body:

Progressive Muscle Relaxation, there are a lot of videos on YouTube

Or even better Yoga. Yoga is a science designed to calm you, stretch and relax your muscles and make you feel good in your relaxed and healthy body. :)

Short answer answer is: More fun and Yoga (or stretching)
