You need to stop with the fapping, start lifting weights at a high intensity, and take regular breaks when sitting.
Believe it or not, the nofap thing is something that really works. I don't have the science to back it up, but it truly does energize you. And like with many other things, the results won't come right away. You will maybe even feel more lethargic at the beginning, but in about 2 weeks things will certainly start to improve.
As for weightlifting, this one is HUGE. Make sure to hit the gym at least 3 times per week. Also, same as above, you'll most likely feel like shit after your first workouts, but the improvement will DEFINITELY come.
Seriously how do u guys assume I fap sometimes? Did u also experience something bad when u fapped?

See I have this mentality that if I get into gym I would waste my hours like get up at 6:30-7:00 am then going to gym, working out and coming back home takes about 1.5 hrs so it will be 10:00 am when I reach home then eating and getting to work so around 10:30 am... I just can't figure out why I constantly think I need jump out of bed and start working continuously until night and deteriorate my health. Anything that sometimes I wanna do like going out or something, I think time is being wasted...I am suffering from this also :/
I get sleepy after my third joint. But I am ok after a quick nap.

1. Do water fasting for 48 hours
2. Sleep enough
3. Drink enough water
4. Take Zinc and Magnesium once a day
5. Cold Shower
6. Swimming, swim once a week for 1-2 hours
ASSUMING YOU DONT HAVE ANY HEALTH CONDITION
This will reset your body and if you like fasting then continue to do more often. I fast 18 hours everday and every once a week I fast 48 hours. Best thing I ever did!!
Swimming and cold shower will shock + force your body and mind to relax and de-stress you.

Think of it like you will be more productive if you exercise. It is definitely not a waste of time and after all your overall happiness is more important than just money.
Sounds to me like you are leading an unbalanced life and that won't help you.
Exercising will make you sleep deeper and better but you also have to take more than 6h a night.
I know this situation. It is normal. You need to take strong coffee (Turkish for example) with lots of caffeine content each 4-5 hours. You need to go out at least once a day (don't be a prisoner for your own work).
Take a 1-2 hour nap around 4 PM. Sex plays a role too, gives you energy, trust me. Go out every Friday and Saturday evening, with friends, girlfriend, wife. Depression may also cause how you are feeling too - you need to be happy and satisfied, not just to pull money.
Same thing happening to me, went to a doctor and you should too.

Go & check your cholesterol levels, high blood cholesterol leads to tiredness & fatigue , and of course leads to heart attacks.
I also had that kind of feeling for a time. For me sometimes was just lack of motivation.
It's time to have a rest and visit a doctor.

Exercise 30 min a day
Do yoga or some stretching once per day
Get out for 30 min per day and mingle with people
Laugh from time to time
Eat veggies and red meat (for iron)
And remember that money isn't everything in life. More stress will never help you to achieve your goal of financial freedom. You need to feel good to attract the good in your life.
Listen loud song, while working stand up and dance, take one cup of tea either coffee which you like. Well it's a good sign that you are getting sleep at a particular time otherwise there are so many people who don't even take a nap time at night.
I am agree with @Mr Positive.. do those things it will help you to stay more in front of PC.

If you want to do positive things be a child and do childish things, negativity will go away from you.
You need to walk everyday 1 hour minimum on nature or parks i recommend in morning , continue this for 2 months and you will see changes also stop eating pizza and fast food cola red bull and all this shit.
I was like you before but i didnt wanted to die younger , so take this seriously.
Drink water 2l min in day and eat salads and use apple vinegar.

Could be your diet is bad.
Supplementing magnesium, zinc, omega 3 and vitamin C will help a lot. But also try to eat more healthier. Add greens to your meals.
Also water intake (pure water), if you drink only juicies, lots of coffee, soda etc. Without proper amount of pure water can lead to your issue.
Exercise at least 3 times a week if you're not doing it. Weights lifting and cardio. You can also do any other kind of sport. Even jogging is good.
If you feel 6 hours of sleep is not enough, then sleep 8 hours or even more. I personally function best and feel most energetic when I sleep 10-12 hours a day xD
I would advice to fu*k off this "no fap" shit. I fap EVERY day 2 times. I was testing this nofap for few days and it didn't change a thing. I just can't concentrate to work and anything because I think about fucking all the time if I don't do it.
Hmm, getting tired at 10pm doesn't sound too bad?
But staying home too much and not socializing (lack of unpredictable stimuli, too much of a controlled environment) can definitely cause something resembling depression in a matter of days (without the sadness), which can decrease your vigor, but also make you feel like there's something wrong with you, even if there isn't and this thread definitely has an element of that.
On a physical side, things that come to mind are try rhodiola rosea (a herb), eat more salt, get more light (10,000 lux for an hour each morning, indoors is usually around 100), nofap. Nicotine is an obvious one, so I'd assume you don't use it, because you didn't mention it.
Drink water only if you're thirsty, overhydration (especially plus too little of salt) can cause severe fatigue.
Don't know how old are you. As per your symptoms i advise you to check Diabetes and thyroid tests everyone year.
Not only you it is better for everyone who crossed 35.
Studies shows that if you exercise you are more energized. If you sit all day in front of the laptop you will feel tired mate trust me.
Also a healthy diet with foods that your body can digest provides you energy, mostly fruits for example. Junk food is hard to digest and they steal your energy, a lot of times when I used to eat junk food after the big meal I was feeling tired.
Thinks like fried foods, milk (for me) , sausages , bacon and bs like that
I too faced similar issue couple of months back and the simple solution is,
Do stretching or any light exercise after you get up
Go for morning or night walk for half an hour
Take Calcium (with Magnesium & D3) supplement (this is important)
Separate names with a comma.
