I have account with 12k followers and good reach. Almost daily I get requests to join some boards. Why other Pinterest users do that? They expect that I post good content to their boards?

As you use tailwind, can you answer about pin limits? I have a website with listings and doing 400 uv per day, i thinking about take this all pics (50 article, top-20 = 1000 pins) and hammer it to smartloop. Smartloop says i can pin 30 times a day, but i worry that this is the same content to one url (so 20 pins to the same article). Can it cause ban or i can pin same things to groupboards over and over again just with decent interval (i choose 1 month "Time to wait before publishing the same Pin to a different board").

What is your recommendation follow limit per day? Although many people recommended 300/day is safe limit per day otherwise pinterest mark the account as spam. what is your recommendation follow limit without ban?

No they want to grow their boards. it's all a numbers game.
I have not had problems with the way I do things but your question is very general. there could be several mitigating factors that could affect the outcome. the only thing I can suggest is test it out.
I don't bother following people at the moment as the return is not worth the effort. If I had a bot doing it for me automatically I would set it up to do around a hundred a day.
Its not so mixed. Just for follow.Its bot. I've bought online by one of engineer in Turkey .

how did u get yourself shadow banned by Pinterest to begin with?

Why did you get banned? you need to solve that first before trying to lift the ban.
And get shadow banned again if he repeats the same actions. he needs to solve that first

1. I have never used proxies as mentioned.
2. There are better threads for keyword questions. As for me I am given the keywords that are to be targeted by clients so I just go with those.

Find best keyword from pinterest search, you can click on search bar pinterest, they will show up many keyword, or you can type any such "home" and they will show up more longtail keyword ^_^ i hope that can help

@William702 I already created a thread on this but decided to ask. My account suddenly lost the save button. I cant repin to other boards but I can create new pins but can't repin. What could be the cause? I'm a banned? just started using pinterest so no idea on why this happened. Thanks

I do not pin on Pinterest at all. I just use an app to schedule the pins and I try not to go above 90 pins per account per day. it is possible that is a limit that has been imposed on your specific account.
Can you tell us what kind of app is that. is it one the market or it is custom made?? and fyi i go 6 pins per day on old 12+ months accounts and 1-2 pins per day on several weeks old accounts. Am i doing something slowly ???Have you reached out to Pinterest support to ask them why?

Yes that is quite slow in my opinion. I do 90 pins per day on each account. I use an app called tailwind. sadly it is not cheap but in my opinion it is one of the better tools on the market. however if I where you I would do my due diligence when looking for apps/bots. I just happened to land on Tailwind but if you can find something better go for it.
