I think your account is already deleted by instagram. may I know what account is that? BH account, WH or GH? if its legit account maybe u can contest it on instagram.

Hey OP I Will make It short so If you understand its Fine Its not I cant do anything
Instagram currently give a soft ban where you can only login with the username, If you try to use the email they say the accounts doesnt exist and If you try to recover It show there is none user attached to that email
You need to Go into the app (official) with the account username and password and then login from there and get the 6 digit code they send to the email
Then you Go on edit profile, confirm e-mail and click on the link sent on the email

While you dont do this the accounts are hidden and you cant eve. Log in with the email

Just login from your phone, it happened with me when i tried logging in from PC . but when i logged in from phone it asked me to verify my phone. no and i got the account back.
