I don't care it has high drop rate, it dropped completely, 100%, where as you state 35% drop. If it dropped by 100% then i got no followers, so by that logic i got no product and should be either refunded or refilled. Please explain if im wrong. Thanks.

If the refill is within the time, we will refill it. Please refer to the service description to determine whether or not the service has a refill. If it does, please inform me of the order ID and I will refill them for you.

Every service states a refill time. If the refill time is none it is because the service is cheap. We cannot refill orders if they are ordered with a no refill service..

If you made the order for the service with no refill, and it delivered but 90% dropped, we cannot refill it sadly. (This is not common for this high of drops, so message me the order ID and I will refund for you if the orders are low.)

For the future, if you want refills please order from the refill service.

So the orders were not refilled after 100% of drop. I did not use any other provider for SMM services but they say the drop came from somewhere else and not their service.
It was $10 so I'm not opening a shitlist, but customers have been warned.

OP tried to help a little, so thanks to him anyway.

Problem is not solved yet! After almost 1 month of asking to provide proofs of "Real Youtube ADS Views" i get this screenshot as a "proof"

It can be made on photoshop in 2 minutes, also check the preview image, and stretch text on it.
Asked more proofs, if i pay for a service i wanna be sure of what i'm paying for.
Otherwise i will just make chargeback, i'm not a bastard that will make it for nothing and without any advice.
It's a warning and i'm loosing a lot of my time just to give you a chance.

It's not the proper way to work with your clients, check the whole ticket, how many times i asked for some proof? how much time is passed? Yes i think that screenshot is fake, if you will not provide me some, at least, real looking screenshot of some STATS that confront on my video stats, i will just make a chargeback.
I would not have any issue if i would get fake youtube views, if you are selling REAL youtube ADS views then prove it.

tbh, smm.net used to be really good and reliable. but lately it has been trippy for a couple of weeks now. only used for instagram likes via drip feed, but the likes will always not arrive.

Almost after every order nowadays, I have to open a ticket and they will reply after half a day saying they will "send my concern to the marketing department" (which im still confused. why is this a marketing problem? isnt it technical?)

Then more than 12 hours later, the likes will flood in so quickly that the idea of buying likes or even getting dripfeed just doesn't make sense anymore.
