Might try going back into those same tickets and replying - that will reopen the ticket.
It took many back-and-forths, but for now, mine at least seems to be moving again...

I’ve been using the service for IG the past couple of days. It is overall hit or miss but the followers in particular come through as advertised if you purchase the high speed delivery option. Likes and followers at slower delivery speeds do not come through. Orders are also subject to being cancelled mid-processing if the provider chooses to up the prices. Recommended but very conditionally.

Your follower order was used on a service that states drops are high and no refill. You were using the cheapest service possible and we're unable to refill for the cheap services as states in the description. Please let me know if you need anything else.
