Is it possible to hire someone ( like highschool student etc) who could handle sales calls? and paying out would be commission when they close the deal ? because OP here said that he wasted lots of money on salesperson.and if yes where could I find one? btw, I'm not from states and cold calling would be a massive struggle for me.

I used to hire commission sales kids all the time. But just get ready for a bunch of employee turnover and whining people. You should be able to coach / train them on this or make the commission high enough to be worth it.

But yes definetly a possibility

English isn't my first/main language so it would be super hard to talk with prospects and close sales, so maybe it's best to hire person who could do a cold callings? Is there people who working for such jobs?

I almost have a cold-calling company with converting people for cheap to sell in France (French speaking people, so Canada too) but I don’t know what could sell.
They usually sell insurances and dog insurances by phone and have a great success.
Any advice what I could through cold calling for a market like France ? (Less money, less confidence, less “Yes man”) or heck, even Canada if you have and idea ^^

You can find freelancers willing to do cold calls for you via upwork, fiverr etc. I'd recommend paying on a commission basis or cheap hourly plus commission to incentive results. Scouting top talent for that is no easy task though.

Not sure I understand the question but what I would do is see what's trending in France/Quebec and approach companies to cold call sell on their behalf. I'd suggest maybe more lead generation then sales that require closing on the phone!!
