Expired domain DA 22 PA 28 , RD 80

I know that most of you are probably going to say, that this domain is not worth it. But the stats are good, I know they are just a stats. I have looked through the backlink profile and to be honest, this is so far the best backlink profile after checking manually over 5000 domains in the last few weeks/days.

But there are two issues there. It used to be non-wordpress site, so most of the links are going to blah.com/blahblahblah.html , will I be able to crete url ending .html in wordpress?

Also, there used to be a japanse content on the website for a little over a year. But I did not find any non-eng links.

The anchors are really good. Just the Japanese content which can be found on archive kind of scares me.

While I agree those are decent stats, the Japanese content in the past should scare you. Search engines are smart and the sudden dramatic change of content in the past will most likely raise red flags. You should avoid this domain in my opinion.

Thanks. I will probably test it with few dummy articles. It has 0 japanese anchors.

Do you think it is a good idea when I restore the pages with the best link juice and somewhere on those pages to have a link to homepage with anchor like check our newest posts or somethink like that? To get more link juice to my silo structure?

You can use a plugin like redirection to catch 404s for the html pages and then redirect them to pages you want the link sauce for.
There might be better plugins but that's the one I use and is better than trying to redo your entire website with a custom extension.

As for the Japanese, hopefully the others answered that but IMHO for the cost of a domain and some content why not give it a try and see what happens.

Sorry, I should write more details in the beginning. I don't want to recreate my site on expired domain.
I would like to build new website on expired domain. But I would like to target same keywords as I do on my old site.
I would like to dominate the first page for these keywords. They are not that impossible to rank and with in two years I would like to have five different sites on page 1 for the same kws.

Any red flags (such as the Japanese content = former Japanese PBN) is a NO for me. Not worth the time, money and effort to build this up if there is any doubt it will turn out to be a useless or toxic domain. I im also only interested in RD to homepage. I dont care about non homepage links and redirecting them is not natural.

You are right. It is frustrating, because after checking more than 15k domains none of them are usefull.

May I ask you what is your stand on dominating one niche or kw with several aites? Can I all them to the same search console and adsenae acc? Or how would you procees in my situation?

If you have different kind of niche sites then you can link them up on 1 search console (its what I do).. Lately I've been making it 1 gmail / 1 website even though I didn't have any problems before with all being in 1 account.

Even without knowing the domain name, I am pretty sure it have a lot of links from post comments.
As it failed - for this reason somebody allow domain to expire.
My suggestion is: leave this domain, especially that content was changed completely and in this case Google cancelling the link juice.
