There is no point to create something that large on any program. Most will never get indexed and there will be breaks in the link juice flow.

Why use wizard?
when i use wirzard i cannot setup different account for tier 2 a,b,c. they share same account so it like post 3 times in 1 website.
i always make manual campaign, setting up account tier 1a, b,c tier 2a,b,c to make sure no websites posting twice.

It's correct. However, I think ideally you should write everyday, and then only publish what you deem to be high quality work on your main site. Then, your top 3-4 posts each week for an account sites such as Wordpress, Tumblr, Webs, Edublogs, Disqus,...

im not posting everyday.

and for web 2.0 i think you can only use it once. like this.
