Please look into 23304400. The very reason I sent a mesg thru the panel and helpdesk said it was functioning fine. Ordered 24hrs ago on the YT likes and it hasn't started yet. Still in progress....appreciate if you can look into it.

I have ordered 2 instagram follower batches with this provider and they have NOT delivered.
(they delivered 30% of the followers bough, but that quickly droped - no refill has been properly provided as it was mentioned in the service terms).
I have been in touch with the support that every couple of days asks me to wait another 48 to 72h. This has been going on for a month now.
I've requested a refund multiple times now and they refuse to refund me. I've been scammed. (I have proof of all I'm saying)
Mods, please take action.
