Used this panel for a long time. I can confidently tell any newbies NOT TO USE THIS PANEL ANYMORE. Services don't work and support is practically useless. Ordered for Website traffic that did not get delivered and yet it said completed. Recently ordered for Instagram followers with order ID:74382. Did not get delivered. I've not been refunded and for over 4 days it still says "In progress".
Admins should begin to review the panels in the market place. They just keep frustrating users and money gets wasted.

The order is completed! Please check the count! I think you hadnt. You hadnt enquired about it in the panel or in the PM. I try this service, i ask 1000 view for 2 video... and i had only 150 for each video.
i ask 150 YT subs and i had only 50... they refound me this subs but i try one other account for 150 subs but only 20 i had..
It works but not fine...
Some ticket are open and not replyed.

What happened to neopanel dude? You neglected it so hard! I really struggled to make an order because the titles are really misleading so I have no idea about the service and it said max 1 hour for start and it yet 0 followers. I needed it now but I’ll give time
till next day before opening a dispute cause the other times it worked fine and you were a gentleman. I didn’t expect that. I’ll probably wont trust you again.

The reason why many panel owners disabled PAYPAL. You never opened a ticket or replied me back with your username or order ID. In fact you just replied Hello/Hi in the chat box. Till now, I have no idea what your username is. You never even, PMed in BHW. All you did was informing about opening a dispute here. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRO. Thats a kind of greeting from you. FYI, [Since you are new], thread owners cannot reply more than once in the thread in a span of 24 hours. Thats why PM is the option in all the threads.
