is it even worth continuing with an account that got shadowbanned?

It's been almost a month since I got shadowbanned. The shadowban is long gone, but my account is almost dead. Should I just sell it and start a new one?

If your account is almost dead you should start a new one, you have nothing to lose anyways. I don't think you can sell it, bro. Just start a new one and pretend nothing happened jajaja.
 
Is there a way to know whether the page got flagged / shadowbnned?
 
Although one can only speculate, I think that it is better to start over again. On my personal account I only upload a photo every several months or so, and it definitely seems like there is little visibility after uploading. With my other account that I run for my business, I make sure to upload a photo every day, or every other day. I recommend you do the same in the future.

I was and still am uploading a picture every day
