I'm interested in the Part-Time plan.
We are open to provide training for tools that we use as well.
May I know if the VA assigned will be the same throughout the months or will it be handled by a team?
Thank you. Our VA are carefully chosen. We regularly give them training on a variety of tasks. But, there are a ton of tools in the online world. If you give them training, they will learn it fairly quickly. We are eager to work on your projects.
The assigned VA will remain same (mostly). We take great care of our employees. However, the world is unpredictable. Any VA can leave the work for any reason (like better alternative jobs, health and family issues). Thats why we have one dedicated manager assigned to you as well. I am also part of the team.
So, you will have 3 employees working under you. If for some reason, VA leaves our company, it doesn't matter as the manager will teach everything to new VA.
Mostly, what happens is a client hires a VA. Spend a lot of time in training him or educating him about his business, vision. If VA leaves the job,client has to do the whole process again. That's why we have a dedicated manager assigned to every client.
Same questions as above. Also, are the VA's trained in any SEO tools? Are they familiar with AutoFill Magic? Thanks!
No, in our training guides, we do not have autofill magic. But, our VA are intelligent and can learn it fairly quickly.

Our VA are very good in wordpress. Please do not expect any coding work. But, they are very good in creating nice wordpress sites.
Can I see some samples of your graphics work?
