Would it be possible to get a sample of your VA's articles and an approximate turn around time for them? Want to get an idea of quality and realistically how many articles they could research and write a week.

I'm assuming the articles are written with seo in mind, so we could provide titles/keywords, target word counts and they could take it from there?

I've used their service for a month now.

Getting started was easy. After payment, an Asana-Slack-Trello looking room was created.

I was introduced to my VA and the basics were explained by the Manager I was assigned to.

Things got started immediately, and tasks were delegated.

The thing that most people need to understand is that you need to get your processes right before you engage a VA.

You need to be able to concisely communicate what you need, provide whatever resources/references they can use, in order for them to get a job done well and on time.

I started with basic data entry tasks, eventually moving to doing some research.

I did not have any problem with data entry tasks, but research needs to be concisely explained in detail.

This was not a problem on their part, and more of a problem in my part to break things down for them to do bite size tasks.

Delivery on their end is so far pretty good, but assigning effectively on my end still needs some work.

Remember that if the job is not done well, you have either not explained clearly, or overestimated their capabilities without providing proper training/guidance.

All in all, I will be utilizing their services for the long run and I hope to be able to nail things down to a seamless workflow.

I'll drop another review after 3 months with them.

- Seller/assistant is up to the point and fairly open on discussions and down to earth

-Personal chat room for task creation and stuff

-VA assigned was really quick at response, honest and the work was delivered quite on the go.

-The works were like completely custom, just need to kickstart with the guide to guide them. And they did the work on time, no hassle

-Have no problem with this service so far, renewed again.

Overall satisfied. Would recommend
