[JOURNEY] Collecting Startup Ideas

Currently I'm developing an AirBnb like website/app for wine. I'm looking forward to explore more ideas.
I've manged to collect a few ideas that I'll list in the following, but I'm curious what other people have in mind.

My current programming capabilities are ruby on rails, python, react, redux, ionic...

Some ideas for AirBnb derivatives:
- Marketplace for winemakers to sell their wine. (Current Project)
- Marketplace for elderly people who need 24/7 care.
- Marketplace to rent out space likes warehouses (B2B only)
- Marketplace to rent out construction tools (B2B only)

Other website/app clones I'm able to reproduce

Fiverr Marketplace
- Currently no ideas

Etsy Marketplace
- Currently no ideas

Uber
- Currently no ideas

Uber Eats
- An on demand E-Courier app (similar to glovo)

like amazon FBA? not sure about the others

the real pain point i have with a lot of online market places is how big their fees are and how much of a cut the payment vendor also takes. if you can do it cheaper somehow i am sure you have a business there as all the big players have a monopoly right now. maybe payment via bitcoin with thorough seller background and id checks to reduce fraud.

also etsy used to be about cute niche handmade items but now it's just generic crap from china so it's lost its appeal (to me)

From that list, the elderly care seems to be the most lucrative since so many Boomers are aging so fast they need home placement

I've always got a bunch of business ideas. I'm curious what you mean a broker platform? Do you mean just being the middle man? (ie the definition of business = leverage?)

Cause one thing I was thinking, was renting from movie studios (or anywhere that the movie studios sell the place/set to) and brokering those places to niches/industries such as porn or other places with 'dream-driven income' (places like porn that can parody off the ACTUAL set, instead of recreating some crappy home set).
Granted it could implode because a lot of ppl are into the 'amateur/voy' niche. But it could definitely come back and be "retro".

What are your thoughts?

Also to elaborate/fork/pivot:

You could offer to wait in traffic for people with their car, while they get home in a rental or whatever you bring.

Another idea would be to be the middle man of bringing either

• The dogs or
• The walkers/house sitters of dogs

For Wag or Rover or any of those dog services.
