so i just created my site a month back and it has got indexed(but hasnt ranked yet, it 's showing some keyword searches in search console though). And i have been changing meta title and description like 3-4 times this month(cause i felt the previous one wasn't so good), will this cause any negative impact on seo?

also, i have been searching my site a lot on google to see if new posts had been indexed or not..(i searched site:abc.com) and it also showed on search console regarding my search... is it okay to search like this day after day? (i just check everyday to see if my new posts has indexed or not)

The searching has no impact on your seo. Changing of meta title has impact because google always needs several days to weeks to "see" the changes you have made.

Changing Meta data may or may not affect you depending on the changes you do. Also, just index your posts/pages through webmaster rather than doing site: query everyday.

oh google will automatically index sites. I'm just doing site:query to see if my posts has indexed or not.

Since your site is new and you haven't ranked anything yet, I don't see this will cause a negative impact on seo. Just don't do it when your site is established and ranked for specific keywords.

Since your site is new and haven't rank top in Google, you can change the meta tags. The keywords that has ranks may increase or decrease position in Google depending on your meta tags changes. So try to use SEO optimized meta tags from beginning, so that there is no need to change it in future. Instead of direct search you can go for online tools to check keywords position and also if the url is indexed or not.

Searching on google to know whether you are indexed or not will do no harm to your SEO. Also changing titles often may not adversely effect your SEO as far as they are revelent ,as it is not ranked yet. So yes doing changes is perfectly fine

As per my knowledge. I don't think it does have much or any affect on your website. Changes are a part of every process and it does not have any negative impact until your are using a wrong process or adding irrelevant meta title. So, you should not be bothering about making changes.
