Most of our customers prefer that we work non-US hours and here is why. Typically, our customers send us the 'to-do's for the next day by 'End of Day' (US day) and those 'to-do's are finished by the time they get to office next day since we work US nights.
Hope this makes sense.
All VA's are fluent in English, but I hope you don't plan on putting them on a call during US nights
