3713363 almost two days passed and still not started! Service clearly state super fast and speed 10k per day! This is scam!

I have posted this before, but at this point I am advising to not use this panel anymore.
The quality is beyond poor, lack of service and you are getting excuses for WEEKS.
@Benjibenji1 Ticket 30537 has been open for weeks, nothing has been done. Start of the ticket (Refill a IG follower drop) on 01.09 and then added for refill by Emmy. On the 4th I have asked when the refill is going to be done and its pending. Eventually I dropped below start count on the 8th and asked for a full refund. Until TODAY I have had excuses on my questions when this will be done. The responses I get when asking for an update;
08.09 Please give us some time to solve the issue. We are pushing for the refund of your order. I will update you once it has been resolved. Thank you for your understanding.
12.09 Cancellation and refund requests do take time as they need to be reviewed and approved. We have already escalated the issue and requested for it's speedy solution. We will keep you updated. Thank you.
15.09 I understand your frustration. I am pushing our tech support to get this problem resolved. Please give us a little more time to fix it. Thank you for your understanding.
18.09 I'm sorry you feel that way about our service. These types of refund issues take time as we need to dispute them with our tech support especially when the refund request is disapproved. We have been doing our best to get you a full refund but unfortunately our developer has insisted that the correct quantity of followers were delivered but did dropped not too long after. As this are not permanent followers they naturally would drop over time as what happened to those on your account. We are very sorry for this outcome after the long wait. I am only support and do not control the outcome. I know you are disappointed and frustrated with the result but there is nothing I can do at this point. Thank you for your understanding.

Please AVOID this panel if you want a quality service. Its just taking your money and they are not able to meet the orders placed properly.

It gets even better today - after my another week passed message I simply get this;
"I'm very sorry but it appears you may have not understood my previous reply. We have not made any excuses and have given you the outcome of this issue in our previous reply.
Our tech support has confirmed that this order was indeed completed but dropped shortly after. We cannot refund completed orders even if the followers drop over time. Thank you for your understanding.

I was hoping for a proper solution, but they only take your money and then dont delivery any kind of proper service.

I added funds on the website via Skrill more than a week ago and I opened like 15 tickets, they are not giving me an answer and are not adding me the funds, I have all the information needed to prove it

2 weeks ago I made an skrill payment on this panel, they say that the payment is not appearing on their account so they just stole 40€ from my pocket and the worst part is that I don't know why they scamming people like me, can anyone tell me where can I locate the house of someone that works on this scam panel so I can break their face and get my 40€ back?

I added to this panel 39€ via skrill 2 weeks ago, they still say that can't find my payment on their account, don't waste your money on these scammers be careful and if you have deposited via paypal just open them a paypal ticket
