You don't have to join the group. I'll have to.
You just need to compile a list of groups in your niche. I'll join and scrape. I get accepted in most cases as I use genuine looking profiles to join. In case the group is an a language other than English and they ask questions to join, you'll have to give me the answers to those questions.

Update
There's a new update by facebook which logs me out of the bot every few minutes. This means, I can no longer scrape Pages as they take a lot of time.
Groups can still be scraped but groups bigger than 200k members can't be scraped completely now. In short, extraction has become difficult.
As a result, I'm revising the prices as follows:
1-25 k emails : $5 per 1k
25k-75k emails : $4 per 1k
75k-100k emails : $3 per 1k
100k+ emails : $2 per 1k
