Hi, in general, yes. But the main trigger for PV/EV it's still exactly the actions of the accounts.
Mobile proxy, unfortunately, is not a sacred grail. To avoid the issues u have to stay under the radar.

WARNING
For all of us who use the proxies for Instagram management or some kind of what/black or gray hat niches - last weeks, to say the least, been complicated.
Obviously - automated actions in Instagram or using some kind of software violate the rules of social network and then they try to fight with it.
Right now the facts are these - independently of geolocation and of what kind of proxies are used - a lot of users are affected with pop up "Account compromised" which IG sends in some case. The next issue it's an endless action block or impossibility to perform even minor number of actions.
We are still looking for the solution of the current situation and we got some positive changes, but anyway it's too early to make some conclusions yet.
Right now - the best way will be switch to the story tool temporary until a permanent solution would be found. This tool has no issues and shows really good results.

Hey Sally, these numbers looks good, but it's for client management and large accounts ( I see samples of 40K, 400K and 18K) . What about new accounts? Is it safe to use your proxies + mass story viewing for fresh accounts? Because I heard some people tell that mass story viewing works only for aged accounts. I burned mine freshies with IPv4 proxies
