You have quoted wrong mods @Society Girl is the one who reviewed it, also I’m not aware of any rules which can force a seller to reply here, unless someone has been cheated and that’s not the case here
Not quite correct, sellers are required to maintain their BST which is why @Zwielicht closed a BST yesterday.

This is really awesome I mean I’m not happy a sellers bst gets closed, but now I know sellers can be made accountable to answer and maintain their bst. Hopefully now he’ll come out and give an update

@MisterF is correct.
We (the mods) received clarification back around May that sellers who fail to maintain their sales threads (part of the rules they're sent via PM when their thread is approved) will have their sales threads closed.
As this isn't a discussion thread though, I won't go into any more about it in this specific thread.

It's more of an issue if you've been off the forum and not responding at all for several weeks. Generally though, it's a good idea to respond publicly as well just to say that you've answered queries via PM or even to bump your thread every 72 hours. It lets customers know that you're still operating this service.
Anyway, you've responded now, so you should be good.
