Planning to scrap Google data? Need help

I'm planning to post everyday dollar to rupees currency rate

Or today gold rate or similar data

When we go to Google and type today gold rate in Delhi it shows the value.

How to scrap that information from Google? Is it possible with an API?

Or can I scrap the data from other websites using some wordpress scraing plugins.

Please provide your suggestions.

How many times you're planning to update this value per day ? if it's just once, you won't need a proxy.
for something like real time monitoring you gonna need a rotating proxy service.
