I was fortunate enough to receive a Review Copy from @eatingMemory
I used this one on of my ~1 year old site with stagnate positions for few weeks now.
As you can see with the chart below, my serps are steadily increasing after my review copy.

This is just a after few days, i am sure it will continue to rise afterwards.
