It looks like they were fixed, but after growing to 1k+ followers, it stopped and now dropping.
Please resend for both orders to be worked on and completed as soon as possible.

I am using followiz from long time. and some other panel too.

from last one year i am getting mad because of their poor service. For example if you add URL of FB live lives and order should be start right after or after 10 to 15 minutes maximum because after going live we can add URL only. many times order not started within hour & and i took screenshot of it that order not started. I can not stay live more than hours without any service delivered even their pannel was saying pending order. So i created ticket to refund money. But after one day order status in their pannel says completed LOL. I said i have not received in the ticket but their stupid support team says we can not cancel order once you added. But why they dont want to issue refund if they have not done anything. its been more than month they are keep saying they have sent details to provider but not issuing refund even after showing them screenshot. height of stupidity when they ask you to wait and then another support team member come and ask same question again for days and ask me to wait again are they mad or what can not they read support chaat history.


it happens with me with them many times. SO i am suggesting every one not to use followiz website.

Remember when you said a few months ago that you are ill or in hostpital something like that for ~2-3days, guess what, I haven't got any response on tickets for those 2-3 days, where were your "hired agents", same here, when you answer here, the reply is also on site, on similar time. Followiz - the only SMM panel with hired agents - NOT

@zeelive : Can you please tell me if there are any Instagram Followers working right now?
I've tried multiple listings and they were either not working at all or only partially.

Live services are tricky. If you make a purchase and for some reason we have an API issue with the provider, the order won't start right away which can cause that kind of issue. Rest assure that in those case when client asks we get to the provider and ask for a refund by explaining the situation. Live service may be a pain for any providers, not only Followiz. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you out here

I don't know what you are rambling about here. I have been working almost 365 days a year for 4 years on this now. We have now 3 support agent (down from 4). I am not handling 400 tickets per day by myself. Stop acting smart here. We are giving out support to our users. Your order is missing EXACTLY 168 followers, I have partialled for that amount.

I don't know what's going on exactly. I have transferred funds via PayPal since July and I left it for a while, that quantity is still part of my funds :(
Also I posted an order as a test and it got cancelled. Am I doing something wrong?
Is the service more difficult to use than it looks?
Just wondering.

Why is PayPal direct down? Using coins to add funds is stupid and strip credit won't work. I agree that this panel has gone to shit. A few years ago it was my go to panel now it sucks
