I have created a web site with a low competition keyword. And On-page SEO also done ( As the
Yoast SEO). What is my next step? How do I start Off-page SEO ? Or any other things ?

You need to focus on content during your first 2months mate atleast try to have like 50k words high quality content published by 25th october
then you can worry about backlinks
