nope, just want to avoid ID verification with credit card mainly, stripe does this sometimes.

thats actually what saves your a$$... if some scammers use your site you need to pay all caused damage (chargebacks) out of your own pocket.

you can disable 3D payments

There is none. No legal company will do business with you without knowing who you are. Your best bet is getting a stealth account.

You can find PSPs asking 0 verification nor KYC but from what I know, none of them are on Shopify
Shopify is really restricted for PSP selection if you have special requirements or business

Yes, it depends on your activity, the requirements for your settlements (paypal bank transfer btc), where your customers come from, etc..
