I don't see why not, but to ensure you can be monetized doing this I would recommend some small commentary or additional info in the video, or every few videos you do could vary to diversify your content.

Technically speaking..!! youtube is hard to predict nowadays.. they can do anything, they are bussiness minded people. there might be possible they will approve his monetization because of huge engagement in the video and the response his getting in his video. Yes its possible.

From my point of view. it will be considered as duplication content without narrative, story, or commentary. to be honest i feel its like spamming to me.

I don't think they will remove monetization just because of repetition.
The only thing I would fear, is to get my channel demonetized if I had conservative political views.
It's clearly not your case here with this channel, so you should be good to go!

Yes, that is also my fear as well. Reused content or something. Im thinking to add some commentary regarding the video and data in it so it should fall under "bringing additional value to video".

Various information websites, and failing that just make it up. Seems to work for other Youtubers and if a viewer calls you out on it that another comment which just adds to the engagement so it's a win win.

Of course you can get monetization and there are some threads on this niche topic as well. If you can make good content then this niche can bring good money.
