1. create new Pinterest account
2. claim website in Pinterest account
3. set up RSS Feed inside Pinterest account(Beta testing in English speaking countries)
4. all new posts will now be published as pins on your Pinterest account

I am currently testing this setup, also using a WP Plugin to republish old posts that then get pinned to my accounts....going really well so far.
