Thanks for the reply sweetfunny

are you working on the list management to prevent from reposting to the same blogs over and over on subsecuent runs?

Yes, the Trackback Spammer was on my todo list long before the list management function. As you can probably appreciate i have a lot to do, there's also approving licenses, answering a swag of emails/PM's, updating the site, enhancing old features and adding new, bug testing right down to wasting hours dealing with fraud orders from BHW with little sleep in between.

ScrapeBox is just 16 days old, i think what's been achieved in the short space of time is impressive. It's still early days, more features will come i just need time. ;)

Ok.. I'm pretty sure this is a 100% dumb question but where can I change the delay and thread setting?

It's not a dumb question just really bad timing because as i mentioned before you asked, this function is being rewritten which will solve your issue and is almost complete. But at the same time trying to give you a solution "now" not knowing which version your running.

I have sent you a PM with a download to avoid confusion in the thread.

Hi - This was asked before but I didn't see a reply. Does it support Blogengine blogs?

v1.1.5 Uploaded

* Mass Trackback Spammer
* Log File Comparison/Sort
* Pagerank Lookup Enhancement
* Various other tweaks

Everyone who has purchased ScrapeBox may download their free update, this is a recommended upgrade.

No it currently supports Wordpress and Movable Type platforms. I have indeed looked at BlogEngine, and after some quick number crunching it came out at below 500k unique targets. Considering ScrapeBox can post at 10-15 blogs per second on a good connection it would devastate the platform pretty quickly.

I will go take another look at it, adding the ability to post to it isn't a problem at all.. It's just a matter of is it worthwhile.

Sweetfunny: the "Number of Threads" -box has disappeared under the "Comment Poster". There's only "Delay:" left.. is that on purpose?

Yes ScrapeBox now handles this internally and optimizes the value on the fly for you, no more worrying about "How many threads should i use for my PC/Connection" means it's one less technical thing for the user to worry about.

So indeed, this is on purpose.

Very cool! :D

Thanks for the reply - The reason I asked is I had some auto blog commenting done for me and from the links they sent back the platform was BlogEngine.
The links worked pretty well for me and it seems a lot of blogs on this platform are not moderated. So links get live straight away - but it could be abused.

I'd obviously like to be able to do it myself rather than paying somebody each time!

I also want to post to more relevant blogs in my nice (photography).

Yes i understand, i'm certainly not ruling it out and i'm always looking for new platforms to support and new ways to obtain links like the Mass Trackback option today. If you Copy & Paste things like this in to Google:

"Powered by BlogEngine.NET" + "Notify me when new comments are added"

This is one footprint for showing BlogEngine blogs with open comment forms and there's only 296,000 results, once that's stripped down to unique domains it could be as low as 100k. ScrapeBox could hit every blog running the platform in no time, and that's just one ScrapeBox user.. I think all of us would quickly kill the entire platform.

If it had better volume, a build supporting it would be uploaded within the hour. But i'm not ruling it out completely yet. :)

But currently, you can harvest Wordpress & Movable Type blogs on Photography and comment to them and sent Trackbacks.

Looks great, so I've forked out my $47 bucks and I'm waiting to get this puppy validated.

:)

Do I need to use proxy if I have a dynamic DSL (I mean I can change my IP within 1 minutes)?

Yahoo now with 149 Backlinks

Nice work!

So that's 149 backlinks popped up in Yahoo in about... 14 hours?

Do I need to use proxy if I have a dynamic DSL (I mean I can change my IP within 1 minutes)?

Proxies are optional, everything will work without them. If you are commenting on very large volumes of blogs, it may be worth using them though just to be one the safe side.

I can also switch my IP in 1 minute by restarting my modem, so 90% of the time i don't worry about proxies unless i'm doing a mass comment run to thousands of blogs in one go.

Wow great update

You really are fast!

Thanks for the best application I've ever bought!

No problems mate, and yes i've included a surprise just for you. ;)

Just load your initial list in to ScrapeBox, then just load any lists you want to check it against for dupes and the end result is your initial list only contains unique blogs never posted to before.

Hopefully it's understandable enough just looking at the buttons. I didn't write any docs for this, but i did add a new page on the usage guide for Trackbacks because many are unsure how they work.

Has anyone used this for cpa offers, if so any converts? I'm more interested in organic traffic than backlinks. i.e. article marketing via blog comments. Sorry if it's a stupid question but I'm still trying to make my first couple of bucks on the net.
