It is possible but expensive.
You need to create a bot that generate every spanish number possible.
Create some type of bot to check if the number has a whatsapp number linked to it which is the complicated part..

Such script is doable it is just cost effective.

You can use scrapper software to scrape the niche group you want. I use this way to gather the contact I want and blast them whatsapp msg.

It used to be easy, but as I know, now whatsapp has more limits on checking status of numbers.
So if you have one whatsapp account and try to check hundrends and thousands of random numbers for existence from it, you will be blocked for those actions. So you have to have a big pool of accounts from that you are gonna make all these checks.

There's some services where you pay to get verified in PP, Gmail and so on. I think some allow WPP too so you can use these services, each activation costs around 1.5 usd but the main problem is to know how much number you can verify with each number and another thing is the script because you need to have a bot to verify if the account have whatsapp. Not easy tho.
