I am very sad with your current support. When I purchased the support was very good.

It's been a day that all my websites are hacked and gone down with no proper solution :-(

You've been just copy pasting emails which is irritating :-(

If there is no solution can you just refund for the remaining years that I have? I don't even ask for refund if you can get my websites live again.

It looks like I have to create all these websites from scratch. You must understand client's frustrations and solve the problems without copy pasting emails.

I have followed everything that they said, and by following the ticket i have lost everything that i had before.
Ticket and Live Chat are now just copy pasting. And after replying, the second reply comes as if everything has lost track

I see your wordpress was compromised due to outdate version of wordpress being used

No, you've lost the track of where we were.
You have given me a new cPanel account by saying that the old one was hacked. After that now in the new cPanel, everything is new so how would I get my sites back without the files from the old cPanel?? Why not take this issue seriously? Each time the ticket system is replying, they are reply as if they forgot what happened before.

You need to understand that old files in your account are all infected.
if you use same files sites wont come online and even if online it will again get infected.
In wordpress only important things are database and wp-content folder and wp-config.php file.
As mentioned in previous reply I am working on getting site online without any malware file in it and would request you to not make any changes now
until we reply you in ticket .

Repeated ticket replies here and in support ticket does not help in solving tickets at faster rate. So would suggest you to have patience while we are working on getting site online.

Yes, I understand that.
That's why I was asking you to take over this issue and help me without telling me to fix this issue :-(
Because how can I be able to fix this issue on my own as I don't have access to most of the things on your hosting.

So do you think that it's possible to get my websites back up again?

Site would be online . We are working on it.

If you keep updating ticket every few minute it wont help as it would consume out time instead of working on tickets.

Again would strongly suggest to not make any changes in account now which will cause conflicts and make things difficult.

The problems are finally fixed :-)

I didn't mean to write any negative comment as that was not my intention. But when the ticket said that they don't have any backups I really got mad as there were hundreds of works to be done again. I also asked about about 2 of my website's database missing, they replied everything is there. So in that case I had to write again and again because I had to fix this. Very scary situation. :weep::weep:

Finally it's fixed and I really thank you! :)

Glad to know issue is resolved.

We did have your backup but those were all infected as well which was clearly mentioned in ticket.

We would suggest you upgrade wordpress to latest version and use security tools like bulletproof . We see few wordpres were older as 4.02 version in your account which has vulnerability.

and also maintain a backup of account. We do weekly backup but to be on safer side keep one backup always on local system.

Anyway all that ends well is good :)
