Alright, long story short. I wrote an article about a forum and how the administrator might be tampering with the stats to show that it is still active. Today I got an email from the administrator threatening to remove the article or he will get a lawyer involved.

What should I do in this case?

Any suggestion is appreciated.

I'm not sure about some of the claims he or she is making but it's not a good idea to make claims about what another website is doing unless you have 100% proof.

Sounds abit like hot air for me. Trying to scare you but be aware when this becomes real. Be sure you didn’t insult him by person or similar stuff. If you’re capable to fight for your rights, give a shit about what he wrote else I would delete it probably.

None of my assets other than the Adsense account fall under U.S. jurisdiction so I don't think there is much he can do.
