My review - Bought the full perfect panel customization and theme.
I was hesitant at first with a couple folks sharing their negative reviews. So I thought id chat with bro. We talked. Was good
chat and earned my trust to order.
As a person - Hes pleasant and professional when chatting too. Didn't argue or talk back, or get irritated. I think this is
very important as a seller, to be patient with folks. He was patient with me and we agreed on a price for full customization
of dashboard and theme home page along with complete customization of entire site. Some sellers believe themselves to
be superior sometimes, and I mean, EGOTISTICAL as if they dont want or need our money. I didnt sense that at all.
Concepts - Provided me with several concepts, and we agreed on 1. TBH, I was very surprised at his ability to cator to EXACTLY
what I wanted. I have dealt with some assholes in the past, and by far was my most pleasant experience creating what I wanted
even changing it completely.
Changes - No matter what I wanted, he changed it no questions asked. It amazed me he was able to change things and do it in
a timely manner. I was on vacation for a week, so while I was on vacay we still worked through phone, skype. He kept me up to date
and I didnt have any issues. All concepts were narrowed down and eventually we agreed upon a theme and design.
Homepage finished - No issues with changes. I asked for changes, I got them immediately. Didnt pick up any irritation on his part.
Again, was pleasant to work with.
Dashboard design - His initial concept was garbage after he delivered it. Not that he didnt provide me with a good delivery, but
everything was wrong with what I wanted. It was my fault in terms of colors and coordination, and fluency. So I gave him a redesign
of what I wanted, and he did a completely new concept and delivered it exactly how I wanted. I am very impressed with his ability.
I showed him the type of dashboard I wanted and how the color are fluent and easy on the eyes, he did it. Again exceeding my
expectations of giving me exactly what I wanted.
Fixing a couple things - I went through the rest of the dashboard found a couple thigns that needed changing and he fixed them
immediately. No issues or irritation. Needed things moved around and put in certain places, did it. If I needed something changed
or fixed, or redesigned, I got it. No questions asked.
Payment - I agreed to pay half upfront. And I did. I said I would provide the 2nd half upon completion and delivery to my satisfactory.
And he was paid. Again, 0 issues with my changes and requests. Didnt rush me to pay him, nor was he in any rush to push me to
accept delivery. Actually he messaged me on friday, I told him I was busy all weekend, so he said he would message me on monday.
Very courteous if you ask me.
I believe he provided me with a 5 out of 5 star services.
I would recommend his services highly. Professional, courtesy, polite, patient and timely with delivery. I am almost certain he could have
finished must sooner if I wasn't on vacation or had things to do. All in all, was a great experience and because of that I will be a returning
buyer for more of his services. Thanks.
