My personal opinion is that you should learn to do it yourself then brotha. Take a scan through the blackhatSEO and whitehateSEO, create a dummy site and attempt some of the low cost methods.

If you just buy a package that'll probably work but if you don't get the ROI you need right off the bat it'll be tough to keep purchasing packages.

Better to grind and learn now then throw out money to buy something you're not completely sure on how it even works ya feel

Use the same siteperator in google and search BHW how to rank? Come on, one has to use his brain in order to rank and not come to a forum and demand instructions. With the site operator you can basically use google as an index of BHW and search for everything possible!

The end game is more traffic and retaining that traffic, not just initially getting the ranking bump via SEO. For the OP on a budget, making sure a site is compelling enough to draw traffic with or without Google is the key to long term traffic, while having a more natural profile that is less subject to search engine penalties or changes.

Learn on page optimisation, research the top 5 sites that rank for your desired keyword, look at that content and write a longer, better and more optimised blog / article. If you struggle with content heres loads of good sellers on bhw. Without good content and on page you'll really struggle to rank well

Once you've got your content and on page done check back over your top 5 competitors pages and see how many links they have and where and do more with better quality. Do some social signals to show realism and you should be good to go.
