I don't know what do you mean by which "country", if you have a proxy just setup it on your browser and connect (don't forget to erase your cookies), and you can create your account, if you have any problem then your proxy is blacklisted. So you have to buy another one

I've tried many provider proxy, google cloud rdp, vps from many provider, real 4g, still can't make an account. Since yesterday

In app yes, in browser no, they get user agent and ip header/isp. Flagged ip header/isp you can't register anymore

Yes you are right. But they get the IMEI OF YOUR WIFI or WHATEVER IT IS CONNECTING THE INTERNET.

On Facebook if you create it using browser you will get pic blocked and then desactivated !

On Instagram they are integrating this new shit feature !

Use 4G proxies and rotate the ip everytime when you are making new accounts.

Who do you recommend for this? What 4G proxy allows you to change the IP at your own timeframe rather than being on a timer? I saw one but I can't find it now.
