Accepting Credit Cards Online

I am selling software online and currently accepting payments through PayPal. While I am pretty happy with the PayPal services, my issue is that I have a lot of customers who would like to buy my software, but they are located in those countries where PayPal is not available.

What payment processor can accept cards online from 3rd world countries?

My ideal solution would be something with no monthly fees, where money instantly available, as well as a processor that can provide a debit card that could be used for daily needs and withdrawing cash. Option to withdraw to my personal bank account.

I have Stripe, but its not a solution for me.

Don't know which ones you looked at, but I believe Stripe and 2checkout are legit, with Stripe having better reviews. Also, doesn't PayPal Express (or whatever it's called) allow card payments without the user having a PayPal account?

Stripe is not a solution right now.
Does 2checkout provide debit card option? (E.g. can I have 2checkout debit card so I can use the money on 2checkout account?)
Or does it allow to withdraw money to PayPal?

It allows Payoneer, ACH, PayPal and Wire withdrawals.

Let me know what exactly you are going to find about them, my only issue with them is that im lazy to do so many DOCS at this point since my product is under dev and wont see a light in the next 30-40 days. Also, PLEASE let me know about their Card thingy since i couldnt find anything since im looking for right away spending option. Not that im in HUGE need of money but incase i need to invest in something.

will surgest payment wall too, i use them and never faced any issues at all, the only thing you might not like is they can be slow when it comes to verification,but at least they are way faster than paxum.

Unfortunately in the countries you are talking about (where PayPal isn't available) fraud is a super high risk. Because of this - payment processors who do accept payments from those countries will likely keep a hold on your funds to ensure chargeback risks are low.

Opened an account, but didn't do anything yet in terms of verification. Will give them a call tomorrow before proceeding as there are few things I'd like to clarify. It looks like they withdraw to PayPal, but don't provide a card and hold 5% of the revenue for chargebacks.

The temporary hold is probably fine since my situation is either not get money at all or get them after hold.
It would be great to have a processor that also provides a card like PayPal, so I can use that money right away for paying bills, etc.

It allows Payoneer, ACH, PayPal and Wire withdrawals.

They're not fully in US yet but I joined the waiting list.
So far looks like the perfect solution I am looking for, and I like the 'Metal' (death metal) card as well.

The only thing - I am #150k in the waiting list

Have you tried Paddle?

I have been using Paddle and never had any issues with them. You don't even need any document to open an account.

However, you to will have to ensure that your product/service is supported by them. Software, eBook, and courses are generally okay with them.

This isn't a problem that you are on the waiting list in 150K position.
When the service will be available in your country you will can use REVOLUT services without problems.
I think that bitcoin (BTC) is other good option for you.

try https://escrow.com You can withdraw directly to your bank account and buyer can pay with credit card.

if you really want paymentwall, I could push your KYC process as I have contacts there (I confirm, they do process card payments)
otherwise, I will suggest to find another PSP, paymentwall are very amateur in the industry
the "perfect" PSP will depend on your volume, the countries where you process payments, your fraud rate, do you need alternative payment methods or just the card payment, where is based your company, do you own the software license? or you act as a reseller
