Harsh man...harsh... it sucks that they waited to suspend your account at the end of the month. I would be furious too if I were you. They should have done that earlier. A good reputable network would do that. I'm into CPA myself as well so thank you for warning us.

If they're really care about their reputation online, a rep from them should have clarified this, but we'll see.

This why i prefer weekly payments. I have an account with them but never sent them traffic. Thank you for warning us.

I get around 50k users daily to my website (worldwide), is those 5k conversions all fraudulent?!!
Not necessarily. The suspension can mean that you didn't follow their TOS generally or regarding the offer(s) you promoted. There are forbidden methods/traffic sources you can't use network-wide, on top of that there are forbidden methods/traffic sources you can't use for specific offers. Organic traffic should be ok, but social media traffic is often not allowed or only certain social media sites are not allowed. Maybe you used incentives for non-incentive offers?

Why did they suspend you after a month right before payday? Because that's when they check your performance, at the end of the pay period. One can easily think, something shady is going on, when in fact, it's general procedure. It sucks, but that's how it works.

Whenever a network suspends someone, believe it or not, they lose money too, because they don't get their commission from the advertiser, which can be as much as the publisher earns. If you earned $1.2k and you were suspended, that's around the amount the network lost too. That's $2.4k the advertiser won't pay, which is a loss of $1.2k to you and to the network each.

Networks are responsible for their publishers, because they vetted them (supposedly). Whenever an advertiser is not pleased with a pub, it's a smaller or bigger strike in the relation between the network and the advertiser, in extreme cases advertisers can pull all of their offers from a network. If you aren't that important, networks don't fight for you, they simply go with the decision of the advertiser, because an advertiser is a lot more important than a random publisher, who do earn some money, but nothing really substantial for them.

Very few networks communicate every suspension, usually they don't tell you the exact reason, you only get a canned reply (if any), which makes you wonder and can lead to threads like this.

The amount you don't get now can be substantial for you, but it's nothing for them. You can be sure, that a network this big won't scam you for this amount. Unless you're a super affiliate, you can't expect special treatment. It's simply money they won't get, so you won't get it either. And because you are not super important for them, you are not entitled to a detailed explanation, according ot them. It's a business transaction, it's your responsibility to know and play by the rules, if you don't (even unknowingly), they cut ties and off you go, you don't worth any more of their time. This is the harsh truth.

When you're new to a network, it's recommended to ask your AM whether you can use this or that type of traffic for this or that offer. Being in a good relationship with your AM is always a good idea, because they can often tell you, which offer converts the best for your traffic, so you can skip the (sometimes expensive) initial split testing period.

Whats happening will all the data/money you generated for them?
You never know for sure, but when someone is suspended, it's the advertiser's request most of the time, meaning those earnings are not paid by the advertiser to the network. It's not logical to cut off someone, who brings quality traffic to them, to the contrary, in that case they often tell your AM to rely a message to you to push harder, if possible. When they cut off someone, it's for a reason. It usually happens, when the leads don't convert (=no money generated), so the data is worthless for them.

Sorry to hear about this. Get back to work on another network and get your feet back on the ground . Getting back at them might just be still another waste of time.

I fully agree with you, still no reply from them to date both on Skype and by email

They owe me around 100$ for like 3 years, never responded. So just stay away from them.

While most of what you said is right, there some points in my situation are not correct!

I send traffic to all of their offers and advertisers and I m sure that incentive mean lower quality of leads will be generated (user complete offers to access something not because he is interested in the offer itself) this why its dirty cheap, payout starting from 0.02$ per offer which is less than the price of a click on advert of ads networks.

I doubt advertisers get anything back from suspend users payouts.

Also there thousands of advertisers lost money when promoting stuff without getting a profit back, you don't see facebook or google return their money.

If cpa mean that you only pay when you make revenue, I will be an advertiser from tomorrow without the need of any skills (its free money).

I didn't sent traffic raw to the offer, traffic sent to my website when users have to register an account before access the website and the offers.

When 1.2k is not much in itself, it could add up to bigger numbers if they suspend lots of publishers every month and could go to the workers/advertisers themselves when a company is poorly monitored (corrupt activities).

And the most important thing is ignorance, a good network will reason with you and tell what is wrong not just ignore you contact requests.

Following. What was your traffic source?
mostly organic, social and direct from other websites but not sent directly to offers, users have to create account in my website to access the offers

I already switched to another network from the moment they suspend me and making money (average 150$ daily from cpa only), I will never work with adscendmedia again

Heard bad news about this program, Stay away from AM

I'm not sure, if you fully understand how the money flows through the system. The advertiser don't get the money back, because they don't pay for the traffic at all until it's not verified by them. You send the traffic, they verify, they pay. They don't go first. That's why you need to wait a month and then some to get paid in most cases by default. If you're on a more frequent payout schedule, it often means that the network fronts you the money out of their own pocket, which they only do, when they trust you.
When the pay period ends, the advertisers check the performance of the traffic and if it's not up to their standards, because e.g. you sent fraudulent leads or used non-allowed methods, traffic sources, they simply don't pay the network. Suspensions happen at the request of the advertisers mostly, in that case the advertiser don't pay for that traffic to the network, so there's nothing to give back.

Incentive traffic can be lower quality, but you can't send incentive traffic to non-incentive offers. If you did that, that might be reason for suspension. You also can't deceive the visitors promising that upon filling out an offer, they will get something in return, when actually they never will.

About their ignorance. Well, i think i explained that in my pervious post. If you're not super important to them, they ignore you. If you reach out to them on public channels such as social media sites, you have a better chance to get a reply, because there they have a face to keep.

Adscendmedia is in business since ages, you can be sure, they don't go around and suspend publishers with no reason. All the more so, because they have a selfish reason not to do that: every suspended publisher is commission they won't earn in the period in question and in the upcoming periods either.

People usually think (mistakenly), that networks get to keep their hard-earned money after a suspension, when in fact that money was never payed out to them. A suspension is not free money for the network, it's instant loss plus future losses.

Scammers! End! Wait for the end of the month, then ban your publisher and revoke his leads! Scammers!

Anybody who fails to pay no matter what you've done is a scammer. They can still pay you your $1,200 then kick you off the platform. I never accept any excuses from a company that fails to pay their client's money they owe regardless if they did something wrong.

actually that isn't real life....if they have in your contract that they can terminated you for violating the terms of service agreement....then they can do just that unless its not in writing they have ever right to terminated a publisher for fraud traffic because NO advertiser will PAY once they have been delivered fraud PERIOD

So judging from your vague replies, you were running a GPT site (which is why users had to sign up to your site to see the offers) in order to promote the offers? I'm pretty sure you can't just run any offer with that sort of traffic. Were you offering "cash incent"? I don't really care, but how about you go ahead and say what you were doing so there is a shred of detail in the thread.
