[Need Advice] SEO KD slow or not ?

Hello,

I'm using since years my own tool to get a keyword difficulty score.
Mainly because none of the actual tools is making what I want (and believe me, I think I tried 99% of them)

I'm thinking to make a SAAS of the tool, but I'm looking for advice
To make my tool accurate, I'm grabbing data from many sources, so it can take up to 3 minutes to get the score for each keyword. so take a long time.

• Pro: very accurate because the score is calculated in live
• Con: slow

In my case, for my own needs, I prefer to wait up to 3 minutes to get an accurate score, than using an actual tool that gives a less-accurate score.

I can make it faster, but I don't want to invest for now, and in all case, I'll be limited to make it faster because I'm using multiple API.

Finally, here my question for SEO experts that are using some KD tools :

• Are you willing to pay for a service that gives the score slow but more accurate?

After all, keyword research is one of the most important steps....

I think, how exactly you determine KD depends on success of the project. so I vote for more accurate, but slower

Accurate by how many %? How many tests did you do vs other KW tools? What was the margin?

Sorry but if it's 1-10% then I wouldn't even bother, not because of the waiting time (which is a huge issue) but because I wouldn't trust someone that claims to have yet another KW tool.

There could be room in the market for your SAAS too, but in order to be successful, you've got to put a lot of $$$. First I'd put some money in a decent copywriter.

, 100% right. All my output are usually proofread by a US native speaker, but here, I hope my level of english is enough to be understood

It's not about %, because it's even a bit false to say this keyword has a KD. However, what is important is how is calculated this KD. And for that, Google is giving many input, as well as SEO experts.
So when I say that my tool is more accurate, it's because I'm taking much more input. Using only MOZ to calculate a KD might worked years ago, but now....

By the way, I gave access to this tool to some clients, they are using it everyday, so I guess it means the tool is working, even if it's slow

I think that an API Tool that will provide results from:
Ahrefs,SEMRUSH & Longtail keyword at the same page would kill it.
Like Domdetailer tool but just for keyword. If you will check this tool/concept I believe that you will understand on which type of tool i am talking about.
Personally I think that nothing can beat Ahrefs KW score accuracy.

hehe, I know exactly what you are talking about. Let's say that this API will be ONE of the API I'm using.
About ahrefs KW, let's say it's the most accurate KW that exists actually, but still missing many points...

Exporting keyword along with an optimized ready made Article template can give you some advantage
