Sorry, I don't have any idea what do for myself as well. I used to bot IG but that's not possible right now.

• I'd open / use a Google Adwords account to run some Pay-Per-Call ads in a highly competitive service niche in the city you live in / near
• Contact some business owners in that niche ahead of time and make sure to let them know you'll be sending some leads their way
• Once you get an interested business owner, send the calls to him
• Track the calls and make sure he knows the calls are coming from you (whisper?)
• After a few days or weeks of that, sit down with him and discuss a deal where you send him those leads full time
• If a deal cannot be reached move on and rinse & repeat all the above steps
• Profit
• Upsell Facebook marketing to him (if you don't know how, outsource + white label)
• Upsell GMB ranking service and reputation management to him (if you don't know how, outsource + white label)
• Upsell SEO (if you don't know how, outsource + white label)
• Or package all the above services at a discounted rate

That's what I would do if I had $100-150 per month to spend on something and didn't know what to spend it on.

Domains are $10-$15 and you can get premium hosting with SiteGround for like $50 a year ($47.40 for their StartUp Plan).

No need for a premium theme, you can get the most used and popular themes from the download section here (just don´t get a nulled one).

Or, you can go with the best free themes for WordPress, OceanWP or GeneratePress.

I personally, would choose OceanWP.

Also, no need to hire a web designer or developer, you can just install Elementor and Elementor Pro (which you can also get for free here - Yeah i know BHW it´s AMAZING!).

And there are literally hundreds of premade websites designs you can download and just tweak the design as you choose.

There are also, hundreds of youtube tutorials you can follow if you don´t know your way around elementor.

This will give you like $35 to $85 left.

If you can´t write the content yourself you can always hire a writer from the marketplace here.

There are a lot of good and cheap options here and it should be enough for you to get 5 to 10 articles.

After that, i would build a social media presence.

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora.

It is not the most fun task in the world but when you´re broke you don´t have a choice.

I would strongly focus on building an affiliate website.

The things which is stopping me to do this stuff is SEO. I have never done and don't have any idea about.
Will it go even if I don't do SEO?

It's all about the idea, and how much you want to make it work.

I've seen people investing much more than that and at the end giving up because of the no fast results.

So at the same time, money can be important but also not that important.

As I saw some suggestions, if I were you with that budget I'd start a site within a very low competitive niche.
